These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payments are handled when you purchase from Omnitality.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay where available, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for approved bulk orders. The payment methods available for a particular purchase are shown at checkout.
Payment timing and failed payments
Payment is due when an order is placed. A failed, declined, reversed, or incomplete payment does not create a confirmed order. Processing and shipping begin only after full payment has been received.
Prices, currency, taxes, and fees
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars. Prices may change without notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, transaction charges, or other fees will be identified at checkout before payment is submitted.
Payment security
Payments are protected using SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. Omnitality does not retain complete payment-card details.
Refunds and chargebacks
Approved refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We investigate fraudulent or improper chargebacks and ask customers to contact our support team first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
Fraud prevention
Omnitality may hold, refuse, or cancel an order where fraud, unauthorised payment, or misuse is suspected. We may request reasonable identity or payment verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Billing Terms and Conditions when our practices or legal obligations change. Any revision will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after a revision means the updated terms are accepted.
